May 22nd 2011 - Roast (Day 97)

   It's been just over a year since we found Kratos, so we named the day we found him his birthday. And today we celebrated it with a home roasted chicken.

   Wife cooked this up in my brother's rotisserie oven and served with baked sweet potatoes. Sister in law also made some side dishes to go with it all, and we left some of the meat for our birthday boy, and that, was gone within seconds.
